Terms of Use

1. Purpose These Terms of Use govern access to and use of AllySwap, a platform connecting independent music artists for reciprocal visibility exchanges on Spotify® by adding each other's track to their own public playlist for a minimum 30-day commitment ("Swap"). Registering and using the Site implies acceptance of these Terms of Use. 2. Registration and user account To use AllySwap you must register with truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Each artist must verify ownership of their playlist using the verification code provided. AllySwap does not access the content of other users' playlists: verifying compliance with the commitment relies on self-report by the artist and manual audit by the AllySwap team at 15 and 30 days. 3. How Swaps work By proposing or accepting a Swap, both artists commit to keeping the other's track on their public Spotify playlist for at least 30 consecutive days from when both confirm they've added it. Removing the track early, or changing the verified playlist while the Swap is active, is considered a breach. 4. Credits and reputation system Each new account receives welcome credits the first time it registers with a given email. Each Swap consumes 1 credit per artist at the moment they confirm they've added the other's track. Additional credits can be purchased through the plans published on the pricing page, once payment is active. Each artist's reputation is calculated automatically based on completed and broken Swaps, according to the criteria published on the Site. 5. Account deletion You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Doing so irreversibly forfeits your active Swaps and accumulated credits. 6. Misuse AllySwap reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that make fraudulent or improper use of the service, repeatedly break Swap commitments, or violate these Terms of Use, the Legal Notice, or applicable law. 7. Changes AllySwap may modify these Terms of Use to adapt to regulatory, technical, or service changes. Modifications will be published on this same page. 8. Purchases and payments Credit purchases are not currently active: new accounts receive free welcome credits. Once the payment gateway is available, these Terms of Use will be expanded with applicable purchase terms (pricing, payment methods, right of withdrawal, and online dispute resolution), in accordance with applicable e-commerce law.
